"My goal is to use my art to uncover positive connections among us and to express them in a relevant way.

I strongly believe that peace must be accomplished with compassion and respect.

Peace requires recognizing harmonic human dignity, and in its fullest expression is a beautiful aspect of humanity.

I have strived to express these thoughts and others using the medium of silk screen printing, which is also the medium of my profession.

Furthermore, the fact that the "Peace and Art" exhibit will be held at The Peace Museum, which is the only one of its kind in the country, is a great opportunity and honor for me, in keeping with my life goals and vision.

I have been working diligently for the opening of this event and look forward to sharing my work with people in the local and greater world community." .... Aesop Rhim.
